Sleep can feel like a puzzle with constantly shifting pieces. This 90-minute consultation is designed to help you decode the science of sleep and build a rhythm that works for your baby - and for you.
Together, we will explore:

Spacing naps and managing nap durations.

Transitioning naps as your baby grows and develops.

Navigating contact naps with realistic, gentle strategies.

Identifying your child’s unique sleep patterns and cues.

Daytime activities that promote restful nights.

Creating calming and consistent bedtime routines.

Supporting overnight wakes with responsive care.

Building in self-care to support your survival and sanity!
£100 - 1:1 in-home consultation
£35 (per person) - in person group workshop in St. Albans (max. 4 per group), please contact me for available sessions.
This session is tailored for babies from birth to 3 months, or expectant parents preparing for life with a newborn.
